2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Mariga Family Store and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

3. Offer and products

We do our best to display products as accurately as possible.

Small deviations in colour, print or fit may occur and do not entitle to cancellation.

All products are intended for normal use.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.

Shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process.

Mariga reserves the right to change prices.

5. Order and agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer places an order and it is confirmed.

After ordering, the customer receives a confirmation email.

6. Payment

Payment must be made immediately via the offered payment methods.

The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

7. Delivery

We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer.

Shipping time may vary and is indicative.

Mariga is not liable for delays by carriers.

8. Right of withdrawal (return right)

The consumer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions:

• Product must be unused and undamaged
• In original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

9. Exceptions to returns

Returns are not possible for:

• Personalised products
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as worn underwear)

10. Warranty and complaints

We stand for quality.

Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt via email.

We always look for a suitable solution together.

11. Liability

Mariga is not liable for indirect damage.

Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Mariga is not obliged to fulfil its obligations.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
